How do I know that my liver is not working?

Liver transplant information >>>

People who have liver failure may experience any of the following symptoms.

Do I really need a new liver?

There are many types of treatment for liver disease besides liver transplantation. However, for some people, when their disease is getting worse, despite other medical treatments, a transplant may be the best choice.

Taken from donors who have died in hospital - your new liver will give you the chance of a fit and active life. These days, 80-90% of liver transplant patients are alive one year after the operation.

Before a transplant can be considered you will need to be assessed.
